A stunning, unique, chunky handmade pendant with 2 real hydrangea leaves and a large floral posy depicting the typical head of the hydrangea pom pom.

Made from Fine silver with a chunky sterling silver belcher chain.
Approx 15cms x 10cm from leaf edge to leaf edge. big statement piece.
